Konrad represented Poland at three Olympic Games: London 2012, Rio de Janeiro 2016 and Tokyo 2020, and has more than 300 medals to his credit, including European Championships gold (Berlin 2014) and World Championships silver (Shanghai 2011).

Outside of swimming, Konrad runs the Sport Swimming Academy in Lublin. In his spare time, Konrad is involved in activities promoting sport and a healthy lifestyle.
